It’s a 14-day schedule of online video workouts that require ZERO equipment. Oh, and they’re totally and utterly FREE for you to watch, and rewatch, as many times as you like.
We enlisted our good friend Renee Scott, founder of Balance Moves and the Barre Attack method, to help us out and she kindly provided us with her signature class in an express 30-minute signature format. Using barre-style moves to lengthen and strengthen muscles, these small movements yield impressive results (and may we warn you – they burn!). All you’ll need is a mat and the mental tenacity to get through this epic full-body workout.
