Which is why we’ve launched the body+soul LIVE @ home online workout series, for your mind and body.
It’s a 14-day schedule of online video workouts that require ZERO equipment. Oh, and they’re totally and utterly FREE for you to watch, and rewatch, as many times as you like.
We enlisted our good friends Tori Clapham and Bec Chidiac, co-owners of Peaches Pilates studio, to help us out and they kindly provided us with one of their signature full-body, booty-burning, mat-based Pilates classes.
