If you’ve Googled ‘online workout’ more than once in the past few weeks, we feel you.
Now that we’re all a little more housebound, and look set to remain so for at least a few more months, we all have a very real need to keep moving and to stay sane from the confines of our homes.
Which is where body+soul LIVE @ home series comes in.
Initially devised as a 14-day schedule of online workouts from Australia’s best trainers, we’ve decided to double down and do it all again – meaning you can get a second batch of exclusive workouts – for your body and mind.
Each session has been specially designed to be done at home, and with zero fancy equipment. And oh, did we mention they’re all free to watch, and rewatch, as many times as you like?
Starting on Monday 20th of April, you can join in on 10 dynamic online workouts and two calming guided meditation sessions, to keep your body and your mind healthy and happy while at home.
From an endurance cardio session from Nike trainer Phoebe Di Tomasso to a heart-pumping class with the effervescent Bailey Brown from BBFit, to a full-body HIIT challenge from Flow Athletic founder Ben Lucas, this timetable will keep you on your toes (literally!).
Founder of Balance Moves Renee Scott give you a taste of her signature Barre Attack class, Emma Maidment from Flow States Studios will be making our hips, and minds happier with a yoga flow and Sophie Guidolin from The Bod has a 30-minute sculpting session the whole family can join.
For your mind, because that’s just as important, Jacqui Fennel from The Upside and Power Living will be leading a grounding guided meditation to get you in the game for the week ahead, and Vedic meditation teacher Elise Catchlove will show us how to quieten the mental chatter.

Good question! Head to body+soul’s Facebook page at 8am, Monday to Friday, to join in a different workout class, with a different trainer, each day.
On Sundays, tune in at 4pm for the meditation sessions.
