Well, Network Ten is bringing back ‘Aerobics Oz Style’ to our TV screens to help keep you in tip-top shape.
The retro-style workout was an Aussie hit, which began in 1982 and aired on Ten at 6am and 6.30am.
It was set across a number of iconic locations around Australia as the cast – which included names such as June Jones, Mia Baker, Erin Jayne Gard and Wendi Carroll – whipped viewers into shape every morning.

There’s a good chance you were either too young to know it was even running, or it aired too early for you to get up for, so hear us out – it will seriously get you fit.
Despite the cast wearing chic leg warmers, leotards and cute scrunchies, they definitely didn’t make the workouts easy. In fact, they were hardcore. Think high-intensity, low-impact workouts you could do in the space of your lounge room. Genius and perfect for our current self-iso life, right?
You can now stream a bunch of the episodes on 10Play, so whip out that aerobics outfit because things are about to get sweaty.
